During the Follow Up Coaching step, we become your "Personal Trainers". We follow-up with your team for four to six months, holding them accountable for using the skills and processes we taught them. We will also coach them through any challenges. This will ensure not only sustainability of the program, but even more importantly that we achieve the business results we set out to accomplish in the Alignment Meeting. Most training partners do not offer this service because it is very challenging. We believe this is where we offer you the most value and that is why we are willing to stick with you and your team to realize the goals we set out to accomplish!
