In the Insights and Observations step, we take some time to develop a relationship with you and your team through on-site visits, ride-alongs and phone interviews. This allows us to get to know you better and for you and your team to get to know us. At the end of this step, we will provide you with a document that includes our insights and observations of your company and team, and our initial suggestions on how we would proceed in a potential partnership. We conduct this step at no cost or obligation to you. The benefit to you is if you do move forward, we already have a jump start on the project. If you decide not to take the next step, you will have a document with some valuable, objective information to use with your team.
