During the Design and Development step we will write your customized program. This includes instructor led training materials, on the job performance support tools, scorecards, and coaching tools. These materials will be valuable beyond any training event and will be used by your management team to coach team members on the job. Your managers will no longer have to spend time creating materials and support tools and can spend more time coaching team members to meet and exceed their goals. This also ensures that your team is executing a consistent process that is predictable and repeatable. The time we spend on this step is critical because the materials will live on long after any training program.
