The Alignment phase begins once we have decided that our two organizations have a good fit. This step is where all the key stakeholders get together and craft the vision for project. During this meeting we decide on the project's goals, timelines, roles, responsibilities and from whom we will shadow and collect best practices. We will also clearly identify any challenges we may encounter and discuss how we plan on overcoming those challenges. We will document all the decisions made during the Alignment meeting, and create a document that will become our project execution plan. Your Upgrade Performance Consultant will use the project plan to keep the project on time and focused on generating business results.
